Key Competencies
An effective marketing strategy ensures you achieve your business objectives in the most efficient way. It enables you to focus on key customer groups, communicate effectively and deliver the long-term and short-term goals your business needs.
My vast breadth and depth of experience enables me to get to the key drivers behind customer and prospect behaviours. Add this to my understanding of businesses, my holistic thinking and my natural pragmatism we can work together to shape strategies that are realistic, achievable and deliver to our targets. Ultimately delivering business growth within the budget you have available.
INSIGHT
Information alone cannot move you forward. It is the insight from that the information that enables you to improve results. The key to identifying the insight you want is in the definition of the question you want an answer to.
Defining this question requires experiences of the art of the technically possible but also the strategic thought to know what information would be of value to the business. It’s only interesting if it moves us forward.
ANALYSIS
All to often analysts present work with ‘fascinating’ facts and 'interesting' information. These aren’t delivered within the context of the business or marketing challenges and so are only ‘interesting’ within themselves.
My expertise in both planning and analysis enables me to pull the two disciplines together to provide truly insightful analytical work for my clients. I am able to deliver the analysis from the raw data or I can work with the existing teams to help steer the direction of the effort to provide greater depth of interpretation and shift us from analysis information into insightful findings.
